Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based treatment method shown to be effective in treating symptoms of anxiety and depression. It focuses on identifying and changing unhealthy thought patterns so that clients can then start feeling different, and then acting in a more productive and helpful way.
CBT is focused on the here and now. It provides a structured set of activities and tools to help clients manage their thoughts both inside and outside of therapy.
